How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please expect the following time for your order to be processed for shipping:

Made to Order Items may take 1-2 weeks to create due to construction time. 

Curated Pieces take 1-2 days upon availability.

A timeline for Custom Projects will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

How About Shipping?

We ship both domestic and to a number of international destinations. Shipping time and cost depends on your location. 

Domestic Standard: 2-5 Business Days

Domestic Expedited: 1-3 Business Days

International Standard: 6-20 Business Days

International Expedited: 1-5 Business Days

Note

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. EPC LVTN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
